
Manzanita Miller leads strategic research projects to identify cultural realignments and behavioral shifts, including realignments taking place among swing voters, small-business owners, tech workers and parents.
She has consulted for branches of the federal government, non-profits, businesses and PACs on issues ranging from policy strategies to protect women's sports to efforts to end human trafficking using mobile-device location data.
Ms. Miller has led data-driven strategies to combat human trafficking using geo-location data, served as a liaison between the private sector and the intelligence community, and provided geofencing services to multiple stakeholders.
Manzanita has also served as a key predictive lead for multiple Political Action Committees, including those supporting three presidential candidate races and dozens of state and local races.
Ms. Miller collaborated with America First Action in 2020 to reach low-propensity voters in eight battleground states and continued similar collaborative work for The America Project in 2022 with swing voters in pivotal counties.
Manzanita earned her Bachelor of Science in Statistics and her minor in Justice, Law and Society from American University. She then went on to complete a nine month graduate-level fellowship in Market Research and Predictive Modeling with an emphasis on data science for public policy.
Manzanita's background includes a foundation in political strategy and strategic communication as well as broad knowledge of market research, survey and round-table methods, and data management.
